The Premio Gubbio website, managed by the Associazione Nazionale Centri Storico-Artistici (ANCSA), presents information on the three-year competition that awards projects for the recovery and enhancement of urban historic heritage.
Parco Studio created the visual identity and coordinated image of the publishing series in 2017. From the design of the publications, the graphic mood of the new website was then developed. The user experience comes from the main content: images of the projects, selected from the various editions and presented with an animation in the web space.
The site simplifies user interaction as much as possible, presenting itself as a landing page divided into two sections: one descriptive and one archival. The main page includes sections devoted to the different categories of the architecture and urban planning prize (Italian, European, university), with historical notes, information about the jury and past editions.
The homepage displays the side menu, which, when expanded, offers downloadable materials: details on the awards, how to participate for the current edition, and archived documents from past editions.
